Supplier Commitment Letter
The company ____________________________________ in BOM.AI release
electronic components inventory information, solemnly promise the
following:
- 1. Abide by the law and operate in good faith. The documents, photos and other materials provided to BOM.AI at the time of application are true, legal and valid. Photocopies of documents and electronic files are consistent with the original, and bear the corresponding legal responsibility for all the consequences of the hair caused by the submission of false documents, papers and related authenticity verification materials.
- 2. Voluntarily accept all the supervision rules published on BOM.AI, and accept any increase or modification of the supervision rules by the BOM.AI without prior notice to the company.
- 3. Voluntarily accept the ruling of BOM.AI on whether the Company has violated the rules, and the Company promises to immediately implement the corresponding penalties for violations.
- 4. Voluntarily accept that in the case of repeated violations by the company, BOM.AI terminates the corresponding services and does not refund the corresponding service fees.
